A Wild Smile!

Today I took the kids to the dentist for a routine checkup, and for Boston's follow up appointment after his tooth disaster a couple of weeks ago (if you have no clue what I'm talking about please refer to the previous post "Impromptu Photo Shoot"), and despite a lot of anxiety from both kids about pokies (shots) and "losing" their teeth it went really well.

I was almost sure Boston was going to have his teeth pulled because the front two turned nearly black (yes, we do actually brush his teeth! :), but we lucked out and the roots are starting to heal so he can keep his teeth for another couple of years! I am also happy to report that they didn't have any cavities, which is an absolute miracle since they eat so much junk food... but I guess their Thomas the Tank Engine toothpaste actually works!

Doesn't she look so relaxed?!? LOL

Boston on the other hand acts likes its a day at the beach!

PS. For those of you wondering why my kids are sporting shades, no, they aren't too cool for school... the pediatric dentist gives everybody sunglasses so the bright lights don't shine in their eyes... pretty good idea!

Don't you love pediatric dentists?! Halle actually likes the dentist because they have so many cool props now-a-days! Be happy they had no cavities! At Halle's first appt. she had six cavities, no joke, and had to a crown! AGH! :)

Hope you are doing well! Let me know what you've been up to!

Wow, what troopers. Do you actually go to A Wild Smile? Our ped. dentist is in LITTLETON-a little too far, so just wondering if you like the one here in Stapleton.

Funny! Gee those pictures look familiar! We had a similar experience at the dentist. Kids definitely come into the world with different dispositions, don't you think?
